The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is a Crown agent and works to make sure everyone involved in New Zealand aviation meets the legal standards set by the Minister of Transport.
It regulates pilots, aircraft, airlines, airports, air traffic services and other parts of the aviation system.
CAA seeks feedback on revision 7 of AC43-9, updating aircraft modification and repair guidance to align with proposed Part 21 technical-data changes.
