Contact messages are sent through the site's email delivery provider and retained in the receiving inbox for as long as reasonably needed for correspondence and site administration. The provider may retain delivery records under its own privacy and retention policies.

Do not include sensitive personal information in a contact message. Civics.nz does not sell personal information or use contact details for marketing.
